 OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION – Self-catering although a caterer can be arranged with suitable prior notice (N.B. all en-suites have a toilet and shower; rooms are not serviced during 3-4 night stays and laundry services are not provided).

Conference and Catering Areas/Meeting Areas/Catholic Chapel/Meditation Room

1.  Conference & Catering area (18 - 60 people) : R350 per day
2.  Seminar Rooms & Catering Area with TV (up to 18 people) : R180 per day
3.  Catholic Chapel or Meditation Room must be booked for use

Youth Centre (two dormitories - 12 double bunks for girls, 14 double bunks for boys) & two Supervisor rooms with en-suite facilities; kitchen, dining room and activity rooms

R 115 per person per night (Youth centre) – no bedding, pillows or towels provided

R 225 per person per night (Leader’s/Supervisor rooms) – SINGLE or

R 165 per person SHARING a room per night (Bedding & Towels provided)

DAY GROUPS

Day use of self-service/conference facilities (chapel, meditation room, meeting rooms, dining room and kitchen - must be booked for group use) : R60 per person.

Use of Grounds for private functions 
(must be booked - limit of 50 persons) :

R20 per adult & R10 per school-going child

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancel 14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during the stay, no show – full payment due.

Cancel 15 – 28 days before date of arrival – full 50% deposit payable.

Cancel 28+ days before date of arrival – refund of deposit.
